Shipping

• We strive to deliver within 2-3 business days after orders have been placed.
• Our preferred courier is Internet Express. Tracking details will be automatically emailed to you after the order has been packaged.

Returns/Exchanges

• Defective or incorrect items being delivered will result in a full refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery to customer. Product return will be at Elusiv's cost. 
• Exchanges for selecting incorrect sizing will be accepted if notified within 10 days of receiving the order. Return cost to Elusiv will be at customers expense. Elusiv will cover shipping of new parcel to customer.
• Unfortunately, if we are contacted for return or exchange after 10 days post-delivery, we will be unable to assist. 

Discounts/Free Shipping 

• Elusiv will often run and advertise special offers. Please note that only one discount may be applied per order.
