How it works
1. Tell us about your event
Company, golf day or occasion, quantity, and date needed. Use the form below or email hello@elusivgolf.co.za.
2. Get a quote within 24 hours
Pricing based on quantity, garment type, and branding complexity (embroidery vs. print). We'll also confirm size run and timeline.
3. Approve artwork & confirm order
We send a branding mockup for sign-off before anything goes into production. A 50% deposit confirms your order and locks in your delivery date.
4. Production & delivery
Your order is manufactured locally and delivered directly to you — or to your golf day venue — ahead of your date.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we order?
We recommend at least 4–5 weeks before your event to allow for artwork approval, production, and delivery. For larger orders (50+ units) or peak season, earlier is better.
Can we mix sizes and colours in one order?
Yes — quantities are set per style, but you can mix sizes and colours freely within that to match your team.
Do you supply artwork/branding design?
We can work from your existing logo files, or assist with adapting artwork for embroidery or print if needed.
What if we don't know our exact quantities yet?
Get in touch anyway — we can quote a range and lock in final numbers closer to your order date.
Can we see a physical sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes, samples can be arranged for larger orders — ask when you enquire.
Do you deliver to golf clubs directly?
Yes, we can deliver straight to your venue ahead of your event date, or to your office for internal distribution.
